f. 15r., indigenous men kneeling
These two kneeling men with their hands as though in prayer may be indigenous men who have been converted to Christianity. The one on our left has dark brown hair to his shoulders, whereas the one on our right has black hair. They both have a light brown, flesh-tone skin on their hands and faces. We can tell that one is bare footed. They both wear the loose cotton clothing associated with the Spanish colonial era.
