This is the text that speaks about the 900 cords of land, all planted in met (magueyes, agaves). The original writing, in brown, is apparent behind the black ink that was used at some point to make the text more visible as it faded. This hand differs from the principal hand that appears across the manuscript. The writing is smaller. The use of c cedilla is also more notable. The original, brown ink, has been retraced with a darker brown at some point. [SW]
