This page, which is the back side of the sixteenth folio (16 verso) of eighteen folios, is typical of the image-heavy pages that feature landscapes included in these territorial claims of San Cristóbal Texcalucan and Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa in the municipality of Huixquilucan (modern State of Mexico) late in the Spanish colonial period.
The imagery on this page features a plain and possibly some slopes, taking up approximately the bottom half of the page. This plain has a light watercolor wash of a blue-green, much faded. The page is torn well in toward the middle of the page starting from the middle of the left margin. There are two brown stains in the binding, and a large stain appears in the upper left corner of the page.
The text on this page refers to a number of rural properties that have land that pertains to the altepetl. In all, the land seems to measure two tzontli (2 x 400, or 800) mecatl (cords). It is located on the road.
