This is a full page of text, on the back side of the fourth folio (4 verso) of eighteen folios, with no images. The text on this page is written directly on fig bark paper. A brown stain is visible in the binding, about half way down the page. A water (?) stain appears in the upper left corner of the page, as well. The text here gives a date of 1555, for the time when this document was recorded (originally, supposedly), and how (the viceroy) don Luis de Velasco took note and approved it. We are told that “I, don Simón de San Martín Chimalpopocatzin” wrote it before the local nobility.

Esta es una página completa de texto, en el lado de atras del cuarto folio (4 verso) de dieciocho folios sin imágenes. El texto está escrito directamente en el papel de higuera. Hay una mancha visible en la encuadernación, en la mitad de la primer página. Otra mancha (¿de agua?) aparece en el rincón superior derecho de la página.
