This page, which is the back side of the fifth folio (5 verso) of eighteen folios, is typical of the image-heavy pages that feature landscapes included in these territorial claims of San Cristóbal Texcalucan and Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa in the municipality of Huixquilucan (modern State of Mexico) late in the Spanish colonial period.
A blue river, outlined in black, runs from the upper right to the lower left side of this page. Above and below the river we see a green watercolor wash, suggesting grassy banks.
There is a brown stain in the binding at about the middle of the page. Another (water?) stain appears in the upper left corner of the page, where there is also a small amount of paper torn away.
The text here asserts that there are 800 mecatl (cords) of land pertaining to the citizens of the town.

Esta página, que es la parte de atras del folio quinto (verso 5) de dieciocho folios, es típica de las páginas con imagen-pesada que documenta paisajes incluyendo estos reclamos territoriales de San Cristóbal Texcalucan y Santa María Magdalena Chichicaspa en el municipio de Huixquilucan (Estado de México) posteriormente en el período colonial Español.
Un río azul, deliineado de negro, corre desde la derecha arriba hasta la izquierda abajo de esta página. Arriba y abajo del río podemos ver pintura verde hecha con acuarelas, que sugiere cubiertas de hierbas.
Hay una mancha café en la cubierta en medio de la página. Otra (agua?) mancha aparece en la esquina izquierda de arriba, donde también hay una cantidad pequeña de papel roto.
El texto aquí afirma que hay 800 mecatí (yardas?) de tierra que pertenecen a los ciudadanos del pueblo.
