f. 18v., a river in a landscape
This scene on folio 18 verso shows what appears to be a river coming down a slope, with perhaps green grass on both sides. The text simply states that this is the location of land pertaining to the people of the altepetl. There is a toponym “Tepetlapua,” and a reference to the tlaxilacalli (barrio or small settlement) called “leyex” (Reyes). [SW]
