f. 11v., two standing indigenous men

This detail shows two indigenous men standing. They both wear cotton clothing indicative of the Spanish colonial period, but they each carry an arrow in one hand and they have what may be a single feather at the tops of their heads. Their black hair is at least shoulder length. Their white clothing is outlined in black ink and shaded with dark gray. They both wear sandals. The sandals are painted a reddish color. Their skin tone is a pinkish brown. The man on the right holds his had up at chest height. [SW]
