This Nahuatl texts refers to a place called “Ahuaquauhtlan,” where there are 1,200 mecatl (measuring cords) of land spread out (”huitlatzimani,” a term similar to “huitlatztoc,” also found in Techialoyan texts; both terms possibly also intend “in length”) that are the property of the people of the altepetl.
