This is a full page of text, on the back side of the second folio (2 verso) of eighteen folios, with no images. The text on this page is written directly on fig bark paper. The bottom of the page shows evidence of wear from being bound by a cord. A brown stain is visible in the binding, about half way down the page. Another water (?) stain appears in the upper left corner of the page. The text here mentions both San Cristobal and Santa María Magdalena, patrons of the two towns featured in this manuscript. Some smaller dependencies are also mentioned, as is the larger nearby town of Huixquilucan and its patron, San Antonio.

Esta es una página completa de texto, en lado de atras del segundo folio (2 verso) de dieciocho folios, sin imágenes. El texto en la página está escrito directamente en papel de higuera. La parte inferior de la página muestra signos de deterioro producto de la encuadernación. Hay una mancha visible en la encuadernación, en la mitad de la primer página. Otra mancha (¿de agua?) aparece en el costado superior izquierdo de la página. El texto menciona a San Cristobal y a Santa María Magdalena, patronos de los dos pueblos representados en este manuscrito. Algunas pequeñas dependencias también aparecen mencionadas, como así también el pueblo cercano de Huizquilucan y su patrón, San Antonio.
