This is a detail of the text on the back side of the eighth folio of sixteen folios (also Book V, folio 2 verso). This text tells us that this is a place called Tlatzcan...tlan Yztacmetitlan, and the land here measures three tzontli (3 x 400, or 1,200) mecatl (cords), a measure of land in this vicinity. [SW]

El texto principal de la cara posterior del octavo folio de dieciséis folios (también LIbro V, folio 2 verso). El texto cuenta que hay un lugar llamado Tlatzcan...tlan Yztacmetitlan, y la tierra mide tres tzontli (3 x 400, o 1.200) mecatl, una medida de la tierra en esta zona.
