A full page of text, no images, this text tells us that the property pertaining to the altepetl (or town, presumably Santa Maria Iztacapan) will appear here eternally. The citizens of the altepetl and the wards, who are loyally serving and paying tributes, are gathered here inside the municipal palace, presumably to make this record. [SW]

Una página entera de texto, sin imágenes, nos cuenta que las propiedades pertenecientes al altepetl (o pueblo, presumiblemente Santa María de Iztacapan) aparecerán aquí eternamente. Los ciudadanos del altepetl y los guardias, que sirven lealmente y pagan sus tributos, están reunidos adentro del palacio municipal, presumiblemente registrando este documento.
