This glyph consists of large quetzal feathers, half of which are painted red. Comparison with the Codex Nuttall indicates “Blood Feathers” is meant. The “feather carpet” below the feathers is normally used to express the word “valley” (homonym with “feathers”), but in this case may just reinforce the reading yodzo - “feathers.”
