seated indigenous lord (Generation III-7)
This lord was the inheritor of the Tilantongo titles. His name was “Eagle with Clear Sight.” The part “clear sight” is represented as two crossed strips (ndisi - “crossed” and “clear”) and an eye (nuu - “eye”, “sight”). According to Codex Bodley (p. 19-iii) his calendar name was 4 Deer. This lord is mentioned in the Relación Geográfica de Tilantongo as: "...
