property and text in Nahuatl

The Nahuatl text here explains that we are seeing an enclosure in Oztoticpac that goes with the land of the rulership and property of a man named don Carlos (an indigenous noble). The settlement pattern that includes a number of small buildings or rooms with various patios is pre-Columbian. The houses appear to have the pre-contact lintels over the doorways and thatched roofs. Specific measurements are not included for the housing compound the way they are for agricultural fields. [SW]
