This manuscript is held in the Benson Library at the University of Texas, Austin. Stephanie Wood was allowed to photograph and publish these pictorial pages.
Folio 1 verso shows a crucifixion scene. Folio 2 recto includes an eagle on a cactus, emblematic of Mexico-Tenochtitlan, plus a variety of heraldic symbols, including swords (Spanish) and macanas (Nahua weapons). Folio 11 verso again shows the heraldic imagery for Mexico-Tenochtitlan, and 12 recto is a scene of what appears to be a Spaniard riding in a boat being moved through the water by a Native man. This scene is likely set on one of the lakes around Mexico City.
Further study will be forthcoming.
