This is a detail, in the top scene on the double register with the number 1, showing an indigenous man standing. He wears loose cotton clothing and sandals. His name probably appears in the lower left corner, but the gloss has become illegible. He is probably meant to represent a local dignitary who worked in the town during the Spanish colonial era, judging by the clothing. [SW]
