Boat with a sail and two people

Boat with a sail and two people

The canals of Mexico Tenochtitlan and Tlatelolco were designed to be navigable by canoes. The sail on this particular boat may indicate Spanish influence. At many different points on the map are additional boats some with and without sails. Additionally, the number of people in each canoe varies between one and two.
